Universities in Wales use more technology
Learning in the 21at century requires the use of modern technology, most students nowadays will use a combination of their laptops, phones, ipods and the universities network to complete their studies.
The universities in Wales have now had a year with £1 million pound grants each to meet learning objectives through technology. This money has been used to expand other technologies such as mobile phones in addition to the obvious Internet technology.
The higher education academy is there to provide the best learning experience for students, they analyze the technology they use to help identify further development in the future. An audience of 170 people have now learnt how Welsh institutions use technology to aid the students learning experience, and to help inspire.
